Spirit Squads Coaches
Paige Pauley is the Director of Spirit Programs and Head Coach at Arkansas State University. Coach Pauley is a graduate from the University of Missouri where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication along with a Business Marketing Minor. During her time at the University of Missouri, she was a member of the Men's Cheer Squad and Nationals Team for four years and was captain her senior year. The University of Missouri Cheerleading Squad placed 4th overall at the 2012 NCA College Nationals; the best in Mizzou Cheer history. She was also a member of the Alpha Gamma Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi throughout her career at Mizzou. Coach Pauley has also been an instructor for UCA (Universal Cheerleaders Association) for the past 11 years and is involved in the Core Training Staff, Collegiate Instructional Staff and International Staff. She has traveled internationally and represented Team USA at the First Annual Asia Open held in Tokyo, Japan. During her time with UCA, she was voted Female Veteran of the Year in 2009 and nominated for Head Instructor of the Year in 2017, along with numerous additional nominations. Coach Pauley has judged many local and regional competitions and is a judge at UCA High School Nationals held in Orlando, FL. She was also a member of the 2012 Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleading Training Team. Coach Pauley graduated from Arkansas State University with her Masters of Science in Sport Administration in 2017.
