INB Fix after the Upgrade:

EasyVista Portal for HelpDesk Workorders --- https://astate.easyvista.com

We are now using a portal for you to track and easily enter in all your Incident and Service request for IT. EasyVista is a platform that allows you to see where your issue is on the path to being resolved. We hope that you will find this as Easy as we have. (no pun intended)

Consult the User Manual to guide you through the process or contact the IT Help Desk at 870-972-3933 for assistance. Please keep in mind that this is a new process for everyone, your patience is greatly appreciated.

Previous Maintenance or Outages

Saturday morning, April 4, ITS will be performing upgrades to the single sign-on functions of the A-State network. Work will begin at 12:01 a.m., and it is expected to take approximately two hours.  During this time all SSO’s will be impacted, including the my.AState portal.

During this window, you can access Blackboard directly at bblearn.AState.edu and Self-Service Banner at ssb.AState.edu\

The weekend following the 3rd Friday of each month is the regularly scheduled “Maintenance Window” for enterprise IT systems.  Occasionally the dates are adjusted to accommodate other University business processes but in general these are the weekends you can expect downtime on major systems.
